We are fundraisers who specialize in special events — therefore, while we work to create an event that appropriately represents the needs of our client (anything from formal sit down dinners to a more informal setting with food stations or an indoor/outdoor fair) we also work diligently to achieve the bottom line. To do so, we call upon a variety of talents (graphic designers, entertainers, printers, etc.) to participate with either in-kind donations or much-reduced rates while never compromising the quality.
- We work with staff and volunteers on new strategies for outreach — to increase participation of volunteers, attendees and donors. We also coach and work directly with participants to do their own fundraising and provide all needed support for donor follow-up.

We assist with the publicity for each event and hope to achieve broader community awareness through various media outlets.

Database — we will help to see that your list is current and in a format easily used for mailing and tracking purposes
Caterers — we enjoy a working relationship with several of the Bay Area's best caterers, so that your guests will have a memorable dining experience that does not gouge into the event profits
Video Production — we have several select video producers who will make sure your story is told in the most compelling manner
